Booster l'hydratation de sa peau

How to boost skin hydration?

Does your skin have fine lines, tightness and you feel that it lacks elasticity and plumpness? It’s most definitely a lack of water! It's not surprising: with the sun reappearing and the very first exposures, your skin tends to lose more water than usual. Here's how to boost your skin's hydration to find plump, plump and, above all, more comfortable skin.

The first tip is perhaps the most obvious but it is the one that is sometimes least applied: drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. Your body being made up of 70% water, by hydrating yourself, you are also keeping your skin at a good level of hydration. Also, you may not know this, but your skin loses a lot of water throughout the day and night, this is called transepidermal water loss . So quickly some water!

The double cleansing step at the end of the day is necessary. This is the first step to take to rid your skin of impurities and restore its softness and suppleness. Often after exposure to the sun, pores can tend to be clogged (sweat, sun filters, etc.) and your skin produces more sebum than usual. To purify your face and make your complexion more radiant, remove your makeup with our makeup remover oil . Based on coconut and calendula, its oily texture helps dissolve fatty substances effectively. Thanks to its texture which transforms into milk, it leaves your skin comfortable, without an oily finish. After this step, switch to facial cleansing jelly to eliminate the last impurities. Enriched with glycerin, it will boost the hydration of your skin.

Before applying your face cream, apply a few drops of our hydrating anti-thirst serum . Like a tall glass of water, this hydration booster is formulated in a lightweight texture enriched with acacia seed extract to plump your skin. This facial serum acts on the 3 key factors of healthy skin: it hydrates, restores and maintains the water level necessary for your skin.

• To preserve and seal the action of the moisturizing active ingredients, we advise you to apply an oil. This will create a protective barrier on the skin that will prevent transepidermal water loss. And because it is optimally regenerated during the night , apply our night oil just before sleeping. Thanks to its 14 super-ingredients, find a brighter complexion and regenerated skin when you wake up. You can boost the benefits of the night oil by applying it with our opal roller . This semi-precious stone has the virtue of promoting the hydration of your skin and facilitating blood circulation. Additional tips: place the roller in the refrigerator a few minutes before your treatment, its freshness and decongestant effect will be multiplied. Massage your skin with the roller using movements from the center of the face outwards.
