seasonly.fr is published by SAS WISH COMPANY-SEASONLY with capital of 180,000 euros, registered in the Paris trade and companies register under number 817 577 786.
The purpose of this document is to set the general conditions of use of seasonly.fr services. Depending on the evolution of the site, we reserve the right to modify these and therefore ask you to refer to them regularly.
All editorial content and illustrations on this site are protected by French legislation and international treaties (Berne Convention, Intellectual Property Code Book 1). They cannot be copied without the express authorization of WISH COMPANY-SEASONLY. Reuse of editorial content or the site, for any purpose, is strictly prohibited.

Login & Account
Your email address is not recognized? When you placed an order on Seasonly.fr, it is possible that you did not enter a password and therefore no account was created. It doesn't matter, to receive an activation email for your account you can send an email to wecare@seasonly.fr. Once you receive the activation email, don't forget to click on the link to access your personal space.
Don't worry, to recover your password you can click on “Forgotten password” in the connection area.
We can definitely provide you with a quote for purchasing a large quantity of products or gift cards! Contact us at wecare@seasonly.fr so we can arrange this :)
Delivery
For now, Seasonly only delivers to Europe. (Albania, Germany, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo , Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Republic of, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine)
Once your order is placed, we design it especially for you within two days, then we send it. Once your order has been sent, you can find your colissimo tracking number in the “My account” area. It takes 3 to 5 working days before receiving your Seasonly treatment.
To change your delivery address, access your account then click on the “View addresses” button. Finally, you can click on “Modify”. Once your address has changed, remember to save it. ;)
Product
All our Seasonly treatments have a PAO (Period After Opening) of 3 months, because they are freshly produced with a reduced number of preservatives. This means that for optimal effectiveness, we advise you to use your cream within three months of opening it. After this time, the effectiveness of your cream will be reduced. However, this does not represent any risk for your skin.
Your Seasonly gift card can be used for a treatment or products in our Lune and Passy studios, it cannot be used in the Wellness Galerie area of Galeries Lafayette, nor in Sephora stores.
Your gift card is valid for one year from the date of receipt of the order confirmation email.
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order.
You can request an exchange or refund, except for the return costs which remain your responsibility.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email to wecare@seasonly.fr with:
- The order number
- The product(s) concerned
- The reason for return
- A photograph of the product(s) you wish to return to us.
The products offered must also be returned to us.
The right of withdrawal only applies to new, sealed products in their original packaging.
Products damaged during transport to our warehouse cannot be refunded.
Please also provide us with proof of deposit with tracking number and address. We will not be able to validate your refund without this document.
If you choose to refuse delivery of the package to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct €5 from the amount of your refund to cover the return costs. Please contact us to notify us of the return of your package.

Oui. Aucun produit Seasonly n’est testé sur les animaux, à aucun stade de développement. Tous nos soins sont également vegan, formulés dans une démarche éthique et respectueuse du vivant, pour votre peau comme pour la planète.
Vous n’êtes pas seule face à votre miroir. Chez Seasonly, on croit au sur-mesure. En ligne comme en boutique, vous pouvez bénéficier d’un diagnostic peau gratuit (et sans engagement), réalisé par nos facialistes ou via notre outil interactif. En quelques questions, on vous guide vers les produits qui répondent vraiment aux besoins de votre peau.
You can book a treatment in our Skin Studios in Lune and Passy directly on our website . To book a treatment at the Wellness Galerie des Galeries Lafayette, you will need to go to the brand's website , the same will apply for Sephora Face Glow Bars treatments which can only be booked via the Sephora website.
You can cancel or move your Skin Studios treatment at any time by contacting our customer service at wecare@seasonly.fr or by calling 07 86 93 87 22 . We remind you that Happy Hour treatments can only be moved or refunded up to 72 hours before your treatment time.
If your request concerns a treatment at the Wellness Galerie des Galeries Lafayette, you can contact the Lobby directly on 01 42 82 34 24 .

Les premiers effets se perçoivent souvent dès les premières utilisations : une peau plus confortable, un teint plus éclatant. Pour des résultats visibles sur la qualité de peau ou les signes de l’âge, comptez entre 3 à 4 semaines d’application régulière.

Avant un soin du visage, il est conseillé d’arriver avec la peau propre, démaquillée et sans crème ou SPF. Inutile d’exfolier votre peau les jours précédents : notre protocole inclut déjà un nettoyage en profondeur adapté à votre type de peau. Évitez aussi les traitements agressifs à domicile dans les 48 heures avant votre rendez-vous, pour éviter les sensibilisations. Et si vous le pouvez, venez quelques minutes en avance pour pleinement savourer l’expérience.

A protocol specially designed by our facialists for pregnancy. Available in 30 minutes or 1 hour to boost lymphatic circulation, eliminate toxins, deflate and relax the muscles of the face, shoulders and décolleté.
And if another treatment catches your eye, don't hesitate to inform your facialist of your pregnancy so that she can adapt the protocol and the products used (without essential oils).

Après un soin, votre peau est fraîchement nettoyée, hydratée et réceptive aux actifs. La laisser respirer pendant quelques heures permet de prolonger les bienfaits du soin.
Si vous devez vous maquiller, privilégiez des textures légères et non comédogènes, et évitez le maquillage trop couvrant juste après un soin intensif (type peeling ou extraction).
Après un micropeeling, la peau peut être légèrement sensible ou rosée, c’est tout à fait normal.
Pendant les 48 heures qui suivent, misez sur la douceur : pas d'exfoliation, pas d'actifs puissants (comme le rétinol ou les acides), et pas d'exposition directe au soleil. Hydratation, protection solaire et sérums apaisants sont vos meilleurs alliés.
Si vous ressentez des tiraillements, privilégiez une brume thermale ou un masque hydratant. Votre peau est en pleine régénération : elle mérite qu’on l’accompagne en douceur.

We welcome minors from 13 years old. As young skin is often fragile, the choice of treatment will be left to the discretion of our facialists, who reserve the right to adapt the treatment protocol.

It is possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Any appointment not cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be due in full. Any delay of more than 5 minutes will result in the cancellation of the appointment, which will also be due in full.

L’abonnement inclut aussi :
– 20 % sur tous nos produits en Skin Studio (hors promotions)
– La possibilité de reporter ou transformer votre soin :
• En carte cadeau à offrir
• En avoir valable 60 jours pour vos achats produits en studio
– Une validité dans tous nos Skin Studios (hors Galeries Lafayette)
– Et si vous souhaitez ajouter un soin de 30 min dans le mois, vous bénéficiez du tarif abonné à 59 €.
Pas d’inquiétude, chez Seasonly la flexibilité fait partie de l’expérience. Si vous ne pouvez pas profiter de votre soin un mois donné, deux options s’offrent à vous :
– Vous pouvez l’offrir à un proche, sous forme de carte cadeau (parfaite pour faire découvrir les bienfaits d’un soin facial personnalisé).
– Ou transformer le montant de votre abonnement (55 € ou 110 €) en avoir valable pendant 60 jours dans nos studios, pour acheter les produits Seasonly de votre choix.
Autrement dit : votre abonnement s’adapte à votre rythme de vie, sans pression ni perte.
Oui, vous pouvez offrir votre soin mensuel à la personne de votre choix, à travers une carte cadeau dédiée.
En revanche, les autres avantages (réductions, tarifs abonnés) sont personnels et non transférables.
