What to remember from Skinschool n°2 with Michel Crepin

Let's take back power over our genes!

It's one of the most important biological revolutions of these decades, and it really has something to restore our faith... in ourselves! It's called epigenetics , and it's actually quite simple: we now know that we can influence the expression of our genes and have an impact on our future; that of our skin, like that of our entire life.

Goodbye to fate and long live taking control of our destiny. This is the positive message from Michel Crepin, recognized researcher and Professor Oncologist. What do we and him have in common? It was Michel who summed it up for us like this: “I too do cosmetology but from the inside”!

With humor and kindness, Michel Crepin convinced us that doing better was not necessarily complicated and that it could make a big difference. He shared with us his recommendations on the “controllable” factors in our lives, particularly in terms of food, his favorite subject*.

Organic, fasting, food supplements , but also pesticides, endocrine disruptors , so many subjects that were covered during this Skinschool. What (pleasantly) surprised us: the pleasure we have in doing things can, in the same way as good nutrition or stress management, have a positive impact on the expression of a gene.

So when we say that doing good is already a step towards a better life... and better skin, it's not just a good marketing word. It's scientific. Let's save our skin by living (and enjoying) better!
