Autumn is well here and with the drop in temperatures it can bring challenges for our skin, sometimes leaving the complexion looking dull and tired. However, with a good skin routine and a few good tips, it is possible to maintain a luminous and radiant complexion even during the cooler months.
Keep skin well hydrated
To have a luminous complexion in autumn, you must first remember to deeply hydrate your skin. Indeed, cooler temperatures tend to weaken the epidermis, so that the skin needs richer and more hydrating care. Opt for example for our rich cream , to apply morning and evening, to plump up, reduce water loss from the skin and reveal the radiance of the dullest skin.
Also remember to integrate the right treatments into your routine, that is to say those which will make your skin look good. For example, use our anti-grey peeling mask once a week which will allow you to even out your complexion, refine your irregular skin texture and reveal its radiance. You can also integrate our night oil into your evening routine, by massaging it using a quartz gua sha for example. In fact, its 14 super-ingredients will regenerate your skin for a radiant complexion and more hydrated skin upon waking up.
Refresh the look with an eye serum
With the routine that has set in since the start of the school year, we tend to shorten our nights of sleep and display a dull and dimly lit look. However, to brighten it up in an instant, there is a simple gesture to do every morning to gain more hours of sleep.
Applying a serum to the eye area, such as our anti-fatigue eye serum , can significantly reduce the appearance of dark circles and make bags disappear. Also, thanks to the instant tightening effect of our de-fatiguing eye serum, features are smoothed from the first application and the eyes are awakened.
Illuminate your complexion from the inside
Having a radiant complexion in autumn also requires taking care of your body, and what you give it. We can't say it enough, but having healthy skin also depends on the amount of water you give your body throughout the day. Ideally, remember to drink 2 liters of water per day, minimum. This will help your skin stay supple and luminous.
Also include in your diet foods rich in antioxidants (such as berries, citrus fruits, leafy green vegetables and nuts) which will help you fight free radicals responsible for premature aging of the skin, in vitamin C (such as citrus fruits, peppers and spinach) to support your skin's collagen production, or Omega-3 (present in fatty fish such as salmon, walnuts and flax seeds) which have anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce redness and irritation.
