How do I use it?

Work the ball in circular movements over the décolleté, then apply 3 light, steady strokes.
Tilt your head to one side and roll the ball down the back of your neck to your shoulder and trapezius.
Sweep over forehead and hairline, stretching from bottom to top. Apply 3 light, fixed pressures to the chin.
Roll the ball from the corner of the mouth along the cheekbone.
Move up from the neck to the masseter (cheek muscle) to relax the jaw.
