Week 1
DRAIN
Perform a deep smoothing towards the lymph node area located at the base of the clavicles.
Do quick pinches to stimulate collagen production to firm the skin.
Sculpt the oval of the face while draining toxins towards the lymph node area at ear level.
Follow the natural shape of your cheekbone by massaging the zygomatic muscles to reshape it.
Week 2
STRETCH
Perform dynamic downward smoothing towards the lymph node area located at the base of the clavicles.
Starting with the fingertips, lift the oval of the face and move up along the cheekbones.
Perform dynamic beats to tone the skin and stimulate collagen production.
Smooth the forehead starting from the root of the eyebrow (beginning of the corrugator muscle) to the tip of the eyebrow.
Week 3
SMOOTH
Make tonic pinches perpendicular to the folds of the neck.
With your index fingers hooked, redraw the oval of the face to relieve congestion in the jaw area.
Gently pinch the lips between the flat of your thumb and index finger to relax and plump them.
Perform deep strumming by stretching the nasolabial fold. Tip: position your elbows at the same height as your hands
