The purpose of this document is to set the general conditions of use of seasonly.fr services. Depending on the evolution of the site, we reserve the right to modify these and therefore ask you to refer to them regularly.
All editorial content and illustrations on this site are protected by French legislation and international treaties (Berne Convention, Intellectual Property Code Book 1). Your email address is not recognized? When you placed an order on Seasonly.fr, it is possible that you did not enter a password and therefore no account was created. It doesn't matter, to receive an activation email for your account you can send an email to wecare@seasonly.fr. Once you receive the activation email, don't forget to click on the link to access your personal space.
Don't worry, to recover your password you can click on “Forgotten password” in the connection area.

Delivery
For now, Seasonly only delivers to Europe. (Albania, Germany, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo , Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Republic of, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine)
Once your order is placed, we design it especially for you within two days, then we send it. Once your order has been sent, you can find your colissimo tracking number in the “My account” area. It takes 3 to 5 working days before receiving your Seasonly treatment.
To change your delivery address, access your account then click on the “View addresses” button. Finally, you can click on “Modify”. Once your address has changed, remember to save it. ;)
Product
All our Seasonly treatments have a PAO (Period After Opening) of 3 months, because they are freshly produced with a reduced number of preservatives. This means that for optimal effectiveness, we advise you to use your cream within three months of opening it. After this time, the effectiveness of your cream will be reduced. However, this does not represent any risk for your skin.
Your Seasonly gift card can be used for a treatment or products in our Lune and Passy studios, it cannot be used in the Wellness Galerie area of Galeries Lafayette, nor in Sephora stores.
Your gift card is valid for one year from the date of receipt of the order confirmation email.
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order.
You can request an exchange or refund, except for the return costs which remain your responsibility.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email to wecare@seasonly.fr with:
- The order number
- The product(s) concerned
- The reason for return
- A photograph of the product(s) you wish to return to us.
The products offered must also be returned to us.
The right of withdrawal only applies to new, sealed products in their original packaging.
Products damaged during transport to our warehouse cannot be refunded.
Please also provide us with proof of deposit with tracking number and address. We will not be able to validate your refund without this document.
If you choose to refuse delivery of the package to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct €5 from the amount of your refund to cover the return costs. Please contact us to notify us of the return of your package.

Yes. No Seasonly product is tested on animals, at any stage of development. All our skincare products are also vegan, formulated with an ethical and respectful approach to living things, for your skin and for the planet.
You are not alone in front of your mirror. At Seasonly, we believe in tailor-made solutions. Both online and in-store, you can benefit from a free (and no-obligation) skin diagnosis, carried out by our facialists or via our interactive tool. In just a few questions, we guide you towards the products that truly meet your skin's needs.
You can book a treatment in our Skin Studios in Lune and Passy directly on our website . To book a treatment at the Wellness Galerie des Galeries Lafayette, you will need to go to the brand's website , the same will apply for Sephora Face Glow Bars treatments which can only be booked via the Sephora website.
You can cancel or move your Skin Studios treatment at any time by contacting our customer service at wecare@seasonly.fr or by calling 07 86 93 87 22 . We remind you that Happy Hour treatments can only be moved or refunded up to 72 hours before your treatment time.
If your request concerns a treatment at the Wellness Galerie des Galeries Lafayette, you can contact the Lobby directly on 01 42 82 34 24 .
On our e-shop seasonly.fr, in our Skin Studios, and at Nocibé. It's an opportunity to explore our textures, benefit from our facialists' advice, and extend the benefits of our massages at home.
The first effects are often noticeable from the very first uses: more comfortable skin, a more radiant complexion. For visible results on skin quality or signs of aging, allow 3 to 4 weeks of regular application.
Yes of course ! All you have to do is notify the facialist so that she can adapt your treatment.
It is entirely possible to have a facial massage in one of our Face Glow Bars after cosmetic surgery or injections, however it is important to respect a rest period:
- 3 weeks after Botox injections
- 1 week after hyaluronic acid injections
To avoid any problems, we advise you to contact your doctor.
Our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Our digital gift cards can take up to 1 hour to arrive, and sometimes they get lost in the "spam" folder.
However, if you cannot find your gift card in your spam folder, and it is still not there after this period, do not hesitate to contact us at wecare@seasonly.fr and we will find a solution!
Our subscriptions are personal!
Order & Return
Before a facial, it is advisable to arrive with clean skin, without makeup, and free of cream or SPF. There is no need to exfoliate your skin in the days leading up to your appointment: our protocol already includes a deep cleansing adapted to your skin type. Also, avoid aggressive at-home treatments within 48 hours before your appointment to prevent sensitization. And if you can, arrive a few minutes early to fully enjoy the experience.
Two days after your order, once it has been sent, you will be able to find your colissimo tracking number in your “My account +” space. It takes 3 to 5 working days before receiving your Seasonly treatment.
Consistency is key: a facial every 4 to 6 weeks aligns with the skin's natural cell renewal cycle. This provides your epidermis with deep cleansing, targeted stimulation, and a boost of active ingredients tailored to its current needs. If you have a specific concern (imperfections, dark spots, dehydration, etc.), our facialists may recommend a more frequent schedule initially, then a more spaced-out schedule for maintenance.
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order. You can request an exchange or refund with the exception of return costs which remain your responsibility. The right of withdrawal can be exercised through our customer service directly by email at wecare@seasonly.fr Returns must be made in their original condition and complete, allowing them to be remarketed in new condition. Any opened or damaged product will not be returned.

A protocol specially designed by our facialists for pregnancy. Available in 30 minutes or 1 hour to boost lymphatic circulation, eliminate toxins, deflate and relax the muscles of the face, shoulders and décolleté.
And if another treatment catches your eye, don't hesitate to inform your facialist of your pregnancy so that she can adapt the protocol and the products used (without essential oils).
Technically, yes, but ideally, no.
After a treatment, your skin is freshly cleansed, hydrated, and receptive to active ingredients. Allowing it to breathe for a few hours helps to prolong the benefits of the treatment.
If you must wear makeup, opt for light, non-comedogenic textures, and avoid heavy foundation immediately after an intensive treatment (such as a peel or extraction).
After a micropeel, skin may be slightly sensitive or red, which is completely normal.
For the next 48 hours, focus on gentle care: no exfoliation, no powerful active ingredients (such as retinol or acids), and no direct sun exposure. Hydration, sun protection, and soothing serums are your best allies.
If you experience tightness, opt for a thermal mist or a hydrating mask. Your skin is regenerating: it deserves gentle support.
It is possible to carry out treatment after cosmetic surgery or injections, however it is important to respect a rest period:
- 3 weeks after Botox injections
- 3 weeks after hyaluronic acid injections
- 5 weeks after the placement of tension wires
We welcome minors from 13 years old. As young skin is often fragile, the choice of treatment will be left to the discretion of our facialists, who reserve the right to adapt the treatment protocol.
An adult must be present during the treatment , and we recommend that you contact us on 07 86 93 87 22 or at wecare@seasonly.fr to notify us of the arrival of a minor before your appointment.
It is possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Any appointment not cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be due in full. Any delay of more than 5 minutes will result in the cancellation of the appointment, which will also be due in full.

The subscription is valid in all our Seasonly Skin Studios, with the exception of the Haussmann Skin Studio.
Each month, enjoy a personalized facial:
• 30 minutes for €55 (instead of €69)
• or 60 minutes for €110 (instead of €138)
The subscription also includes:
– 20% off all our products in Skin Studio (excluding promotions)
– The possibility to postpone or convert your treatment:
• Into a gift card
• Into a credit valid for 60 days for your product purchases in the studio
– Validity in all our Skin Studios (excluding Galeries Lafayette)
– And if you wish to add a 30-min treatment within the month, you benefit from the subscriber rate of €59.
Don't worry, at Seasonly, flexibility is part of the experience. If you can't enjoy your treatment in a given month, you have two options:
– You can offer it to a loved one, as a gift card (perfect for introducing them to the benefits of a personalized facial treatment).
– Or convert the amount of your subscription (€55 or €110) into a credit valid for 60 days in our studios, to purchase the Seasonly products of your choice.
In other words: your subscription adapts to your lifestyle, without pressure or loss.
Yes, you can offer your monthly treatment to the person of your choice, through a dedicated gift card.
However, other benefits (discounts, subscriber rates) are personal and non-transferable.
