ARTICLE 1 - Organization

The Competition entitled “SEASONLY x BY CHARLOT”, hereinafter referred to as the “Game”, is organized by the company Seasonly,  SAS with capital of €398,545, whose registered office is located at 77 rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, 75010 Paris, registered in the Paris trade and companies register under number 817 577 786 and hereinafter referred to as “The Organizer”

This competition will run from 07/25/2024 at 6:30 p.m. (Paris time) to 07/31/2024 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time).

ARTICLE 2 - Lots

Participants in the Game have the opportunity to win 1 Seasonly gift card worth €130 and 1 By Charlot gift card worth €130. 2 winners will be drawn at random.

The delivery of the prizes will not involve any costs for the participants.

ARTICLE 3 - Conditions of participation

3.1 Game without obligation to purchase organized from July 25, 2024 to July 31, 2024. To validate participation, it is essential to indicate your email address in the box provided for this purpose.

3.2 Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules.

3.3. The competition is limited to one entry per person. Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative.

3.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules will result in the participant's participation being void.

ARTICLE 4 - Principle of competition/participation procedures

This game takes place exclusively on the site seasonly.fr, on the dates indicated in article 1. Each participant must meet the conditions of the game if they want to have a chance of winning the prize.

ARTICLE 5 - Designation of the winner

The Organizer will designate by drawing lots the 4 winners, from all the people who registered by drawing lots organized on August 31, 2024 at 2 p.m.

ARTICLE 6 - Award of prizes and terms of use of prizes

The Organizer of the competition will contact the winner drawn at random by email only and will inform them of the procedures to follow to access their prize. The winners must respond within two weeks of sending this email. If the winner does not respond within two weeks of sending this email, they will forfeit their prize and will not be able to claim any compensation, prize or other form of compensation. In this case, the prizes will be awarded to a substitute designated during the draw for the session concerned. The winner must comply with these rules. If it turns out that he/she does not meet the criteria of these rules, the prize will not be awarded to him/her and will be acquired by the Organizer. Any false declaration, indication of identity or false email address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organizer. The prize must be used during the period indicated according to the terms and conditions communicated subsequently to the winner.

ARTICLE 7 - Liability

The Organizer of the competition declines all responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or due to its use and/or its consequences, in particular the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person with parental authority. The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances require it, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without incurring any liability. The Organizer disclaims all liability in the event of a malfunction preventing access and/or the proper running of the competition, in particular due to external malicious acts.
