SUMMER CHALLENGE

Welcome to Week 2 of the Summer Challenge.

Seasonly facialists have prepared a custom self-massage program to soothe your skin.

You will also find the Summer Smallable selection to follow the routine steps for this second week.

WEEK 2: Relieving hot skin

Objective: Soothe the sensation of heat, calm, and limit cellular damage.Caution: if your skin is too hot or sensitive, let it rest. But if you want a soothing self-massage routine, ideal at the end of the day, follow this guide.

For immediate relief: spray a mist or thermal water on your face and neck.Massage with cold tools: Place your gua sha or quartz roller in the fridge (for 10 to 30 minutes, or 5 minutes in the freezer). Then perform slow, draining massages on your face or décolletage. Always glide from the center outwards, without pressing. If you want to keep it cold longer, take a bowl filled with cool water and ice cubes and dip your gua sha before each repetition. Be careful not to cause too much thermal shock to your skin; it should be cool, but not burning.

Restorative self-massage: gently apply the product to clean skin. Use slow, enveloping pressure with your palms, without rubbing. If your skin allows, use the crawling technique to reduce inflammation.
