SUMMER CHALLENGE

Welcome to Week 3 of the Summer Challenge.

The Seasonly facialists have put together a tailor-made self-massage program to prevent the appearance of wrinkles and pigment spots.

You will also find the Summer Smallable selection to follow the routine steps for this third week.

WEEK 3: Preventing wrinkles and pigmentation spots in summer

Objective: stimulate collagen production, activate microcirculation, smooth and protect the skin.

In summer, signs of aging can be accentuated by sun exposure.

Form two hooks with your index and middle fingers. Always stretch outwards, from the chin to the temples, then gradually move upwards. On the cheeks: starting from the sides of the nose towards the temples, then on the forehead: from the frown line towards the temples. This activates microcirculation and promotes the penetration of active ingredients. The hook technique awakens fibroblasts, cells responsible for the production of collagen and elastin.

Focus on the forehead and the frown line

Using your index fingers, draw an S shape over the frown line to smooth it. Repeat this technique across your entire forehead. Then, place your thumbs at the bottom between your eyebrows and stretch upwards to smooth the wrinkle. Perform light and quick pinches all over the forehead. Repeat these actions 3 times, breathing deeply.

Smooth features

In the evening, after applying your oil, perform a full facial self-massage. Use the palms or backs of your fingers to make upward strokes: from the chin to the ears, from the sides of the nose to the temples, and from the center of the forehead outwards. These movements help to smooth features, release tension, and maintain skin elasticity.
