WEEK 4 - Keeping your glow going into fall

Goal: drain toxins, boost radiance, prevent post-holiday dullness

Every morning or at the end of the day, perform a gentle lymphatic drainage. Sweep your face from the inside out. Start with your neck, gliding towards your collarbones, then move up to your face: from your chin to your ears, from your nose to your temples, finishing with your forehead. This gesture awakens the complexion and releases accumulated toxins.

Boost Radiance

On clean skin, apply a serum. Then, with your fingertips, lightly and quickly tap your cheeks, nasolabial folds, and forehead. This technique activates microcirculation, awakens the tissues, and immediately restores luminosity to your face.

Extend the Natural Blush

Pinch the cheekbone deeply between your index finger and thumb. Then, use lighter pinches. Work in upward movements, breathing deeply. This reactivates subcutaneous heat and naturally reproduces a blush effect.
