How to use it ?

Work the ball in circular movements on the neckline then apply 3 light fixed pressures.
Tilt your head to one side, roll the ball, pressing it along the back of your neck to your shoulder and trapezius.
Sweep the forehead and hairline while stretching, from bottom to top. Perform 3 light fixed pressures on the chin.
Roll the ball starting from the corner of the lips, along the cheekbones.
