Des études cliniques sérieuses confirment une amélioration visible de la texture de la peau et une réduction des ridules après quelques semaines d’utilisation régulière. Ce n’est pas un miracle express, mais bien un soin qui agit en profondeur.

Oui, et c’est même recommandé dans certains cas. Contrairement à certaines technologies plus agressives, la lumière rouge est non-invasive, sans chaleur intense ni UV. Elle peut calmer l’inflammation, renforcer la barrière cutanée et atténuer les rougeurs. Toutefois, il est essentiel d’y aller progressivement et de consulter un dermatologue en cas de rosacée avancée.

La patience est la clé. En général, les premiers effets sur l’éclat du teint se perçoivent au bout de 2 à 3 semaines, avec une utilisation régulière (3 à 5 fois par semaine).
