C’est un peu comme marier la rigueur à la douceur. La vitamine B3 (ou niacinamide) régule la production de sébum, unifie le teint et renforce la barrière cutanée. La B5 (ou panthénol), elle, est ultra-apaisante et réparatrice. Ensemble, elles forment un duo complémentaire : l’une agit sur l’éclat et les imperfections, l’autre sur l’hydratation et la résilience de la peau. Résultat : un équilibre parfait entre correction et confort.

Bonne nouvelle : ce combo convient à (presque) tout le monde. Les peaux grasses apprécieront l’action rééquilibrante de la niacinamide, tandis que les peaux sèches ou sensibles profiteront du côté cocooning de la B5. Sur les peaux matures, le duo renforce la barrière cutanée et apporte un vrai coup d’éclat. En bref : c’est un allié universel, à condition d’adapter le dosage.

Les deux moments sont bons, mais avec des effets un peu différents. Le matin, elles préparent la peau aux agressions extérieures (pollution, UV, stress).
