WEEK 4 – Prolong Your Glow for Back-to-School Season
Objective: drain toxins, boost radiance, and prevent dull post-holiday skin. Each morning or at the end of the day, perform a gentle drainage massage. Sweep the face from the inside out. Start with the neck, gliding down toward the collarbones, then move up to the face: from the chin to the ears, from the nose to the temples, and finish with the forehead. This gesture awakens the complexion and helps release accumulated toxins.
Boost Your Glow
On clean skin, apply a serum. Then, using your fingertips, perform light and quick tapping motions on the cheeks, nasolabial folds, and forehead. This technique activates microcirculation, awakens the tissues, and instantly brings radiance back to the face.
Extend Your Natural Blush
Form a pinch with your index finger and thumb, and perform deep pinching motions along the cheekbone. Then follow with lighter pinches. Work in upward movements while breathing deeply. This reactivates subcutaneous warmth and naturally recreates a blush effect.
